1, the whole gene synthesis:contains the purpose gene synthesis and the cloning, optional expression vector:pPICZα-A、pAO815、pPIC9K、pPIC3.5 and pPICZ-A

2, yeast protein expression and purification:contains P.p astoris expression strain electric transformation and selection (optional strains: X33, GS115 and SMD1168), the expression and optimization of expression strains,yeast protein expression and purification.

Product delivery

the finished product in the each stage of service process, including: recombinant plasmid ; PCR positive clone 3-5 expression strains; Provide 1 L target protein purified in fermented liquid. According to customer's request, provide the finished protein, which contains purified tag or removed purification label tag, up to more than 90% purity, and complete service report.
